IMPORTANT: Measurements are noted in inches as width x height. Sizes allow for 1/8” trim on all sides for full bleed ads. Keep live material 3/8” from page trim of bleed ads. Allow 3/16” safety at gutter of each page for type running across. Indicate trim on proof.

DIGITAL AD REQUIREMENTS: Accepted file formats are: TIF, EPS, JPEG or PRESS QUALITY PDF. All files should either be sent at a minimum resolution of 300dpi at the exact measurements (see above) for the purchased ad or optimized for press quality printing. FIles should be supplied via email (preferred) or on a Macintosh-formatted DVD, CD, or flash drive. All required trapping must be included. Ads created in word processing programs will not be accepted. Files sent via disk should include a printout of contents and ad.
